LANMARK TERMS OF SERVICE
All Lanmark services are governed by our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the relevant Service Schedule for each service the Client procures. The documents listed below form the Lanmark Terms of Business suite (June 2026 Edition), in force from 15 June 2026. Each Order Form the Client signs with Lanmark incorporates the MSA and each applicable Service Schedule as in force at the date of signing.

Lanmark engages a number of third-party Sub-Processors to deliver the Services under the Master Services Agreement and the Service Schedules. The current Lanmark Sub-Processors List, including the location of processing and the international transfer mechanism applicable to each Sub-Processor, is provided to Clients and prospects on request.
